Objective

Originally ARPO is supplied with a standard modeling methodology, which is designed to meet the needs of most companies. This service aims to customize, together with the end-users, the modeling methodology that best meets specific needs for a company.
After the definition of the methodology, the ARPO Software is parameterized to ensure that all flows will be designed consistently with the defined methodology.

• Definition of which model types are available.
• Definition of the hierarchy of sublevels of processes.
• Definition of which object types are available.
• Definition of which properties are available for each objet type.
• Definition of which object types are available for each model type.
• Definition of which object types can create sub-levels for each model type.
• Definition of which connections are possible between which object types for each model type.
• Creation of the document with the specification of the customized methodology.
• Implementation of the customized methodology to the operational environment of ARPO.
• Validation (with the end-users) of the customized methodology and its implementation.

• Workshop 1: Definition of the custom methodology for modeling.
• Workshop 2: Adjustments and validation of the custom methodology on ARPO.
• Workshop 3: Delivery of the custom methodology and validation with end-users.
